    Ingredients: Coconut Fish Curry (62.5%) [Basa Fillet, Crushed Tomatoes, Coconut Cream, Brown Onion, Shredded Coconut, Garlic, Vegetable Oil, Tamarind Paste, Curry Powder, Lime Juice, Brown Sugar, Fish Sauce, Sea Salt], Jasmine Rice (37.5%), Fresh Coriander, Red Chilli.

    Preparation Instructions

    From Freezer: Peel back plastic film at one corner, place in microwave (1100W) and heat for approx. for 4 minutes on high, remove and stir. Heat for a further 2 minutes if required. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute before eating. Once defrosted, consume within 48 hours.
