    Preparation Instructions

    From Fridge: Peel back plastic film at one corner, place in microwave (1100W) and heat for approx. 1.5 - 2.5 mins until heated through. From Freezer: Peel back plastic film at one corner, place in microwave (1100W) and heat for approx. for 4 minutes on high, remove and stir. Heat for a further 2 minutes if required. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute before eating.
