    Chicken, carrot, broccoli, celery, red onion, capsicum and sugarsnap peas cooked in a Japanese curry sauce. Served with fluffy jasmine rice.

    Ingredients: Jasmine Rice (37%), Chicken Thigh, Vegetable Mix (20%) [Carrots, Broccoli, Celery, Red Onion, Red Peppers, Sugarsnap Peas], Japanese Curry Sauce (17%) [Vegetable Oil, Wheat Flour, Sugar, Salt, Corn Starch, Curry Powder, Onion Powder, Skim Milk Powder, Monosodium Glutamate, Tomato Powder, Yeast Extract, Fruit Paste, Honey, Soy Lecithin, Cheese Product, Acid].

    Preparation Instructions

    From Freezer: Peel back plastic film at one corner, place in microwave (1100W) and heat for approx. for 4 minutes on high, remove and stir. Heat for a further 2 minutes if required. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute before eating. Once defrosted, consume within 48 hours.
