    Ingredients: Moroccan Chicken (62.5%) [Chicken Thigh, Water, Brown Onion, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Lemon, Green Olives, Raisins, Dried Apricot, Chicken Stock, Fresh Coriander, Sea Salt, Moroccan Spice Blend, Cinnamon, Paprika, Ground Ginger], Jasmine Rice (37.5%).

    Preparation Instructions

    From Freezer: Peel back plastic film at one corner, place in microwave (1100W) and heat for approx. for 4 minutes on high, remove and stir. Heat for a further 2 minutes if required. Caution: Contents may be hot after heating. Allow to stand for one minute before eating. Once defrosted, consume within 48 hours.
